That is what we do, and we have never done it from a catalogue: every programme is drawn for the client in front of you — under your brand, for your clients.

Delfino was founded to build programmes to order, never to sell a catalogue. Sixteen multilingual specialists in Caracas, plus guides, drivers and boat crews we have worked with for decades, design and operate each itinerary around the client in front of you — continuously since 1998, through every cycle the country has been through.
Own lodges where it matters
Our lodges in Canaima and our posadas in Los Roques give us control over the two places every itinerary depends on: rooms, boats, flights and timing — and guaranteed space in high season.
Built for the trade
Net rates, seasonal price matrices, configurable programmes, confirmations and account statements are published on Mango, our partner portal. Behind it runs the same system our operations use, so what you sell is what gets operated. Licensed, park-permitted and insured — certificates on request.
Discretion by default
We work behind our partners, never around them, with 24/7 assistance while clients are travelling. We do not discuss who we have carried, and we will say the same about your clients. Your client never hears our name unless you want them to.

A signature experience
Angel Falls, the slow way
Anyone can fly over the world’s tallest waterfall. We take your clients up the Carrao and Churún rivers in a Pemón curiara, sleep them in hammocks at the base of Auyantepui and wake them to 979 metres of falling water with nobody else in sight. Then we fly them to Los Roques for three days of doing absolutely nothing, beautifully.

The difference is who walks in front
A programme in Venezuela is only as good as the person leading it. Our roster is not a pool of badge-holders: naturalists who have published on the tepuis, architects and art historians who read Caracas building by building, biologists and ornithologists, and mountain guides with decades on Bolívar and Humboldt. Several of them work with us and with nobody else.
Matched to the client
A birder gets an ornithologist. A collector gets an art historian. A family gets someone who is good with children at 3,000 metres.
Expedition-grade
For the tepui, Amazon and Delta programmes we call on the people who guide scientific and film expeditions, not on the general excursion pool.

Some of the names on our list are the ones you read in the literature on the Guayana Shield, and several of our team have been with Delfino for more than twenty years. We publish neither. Trade partners see the full profiles in Mango — languages, specialities, and the expeditions and productions each has worked on — so you know who will meet your client at the airstrip before you sell the programme.
